Revro supplied a complete coil-fed press line to an Australian manufacturer for high-volume precision stamping. The line pairs a 125 tonne high-speed two-point press with matched coil handling and a gear-change feeder, delivered as a single integrated system that runs from raw coil through to finished strip.

The line
The system was specified and supplied as one continuous line, with each subsystem matched to the same strip envelope so material runs cleanly from the coil through to the press without intermediate handling. Strip width and thickness ranges were carried consistently across the coil handling, feeder and press to keep the line balanced at production speed.
Stage 01 — Material handling
Loads, supports and straightens coil up to 5,000 kg, then levels and presents strip to the feeder.
Stage 02 — Feed
Advances strip into the die at a controlled feed length, synchronised to press speed.
Stage 03 — Forming
High-speed forming, variable to 350 strokes per minute, with Siemens control and 0.01 mm die-height indication.
