John Heine Parts and Service

Run a John Heine press, press brake, guillotine or feeder and need it back in production? Revro holds, sources and manufactures a comprehensive range of John Heine spare parts, and services these machines on-site or in our factory. John Heine machinery was engineered to outlast its competitors, and much of it is still in daily use across Australian industry. When a component finally wears, the issue is rarely the machine – it’s tracking down a quality part for a model that’s no longer in production. That’s the gap we fill.

Machinery We Service and Supply

We work across the full John Heine range:

  • Presses – the 200-series mechanical power and stamping presses, from the 3-ton 200A through to the 80-ton 207AG and 207AGF, in C-frame, gap-frame and inclinable builds across Series 2, 3 and 4
  • Press brakes – mechanical and treadle-operated bending machines, including press brake and guillotine combination units
  • Guillotines – treadle and geared power shears such as the 21B, 48B, 48BP and 108B, plus replacement blades for the 108 and 118 series
  • Feeders – coil and strip feed equipment that keeps your press line productive

Complete refurbished and used machines are available alongside the spares below.

John Heine Parts We Hold and Manufacture

We carry stock and manufacture to original specification, so a single worn component never forces an otherwise sound machine into retirement:

  • Clutch and brake assemblies – linings, clutch plates, seals, pistons, springs and hubs
  • Rotating and reciprocating components – crankshafts, connecting rods and pitmans, slides and rams, barrel assemblies and drive pins
  • Slide adjustment and wear parts – worm wheels and worm shafts for slide adjustment, ball adjusting screws and seats, and slide wear strips
  • Pneumatics and balance – air cylinders, surge tanks, slide air counterbalances and die cushions
  • Frame, bed and mounting – beds and bolsters, tie rods, footings and vibration mounts
  • Die handling and tooling – quick die change systems and press tooling
  • Lubrication and control – lubrication pumps and rotary cam limit switches
  • Documentation – original instruction manuals and technical drawings

Need something not on the list? With a sample part, original drawings or the model and series number, we reverse-engineer and remanufacture John Heine components that are no longer commercially available – to the same tolerances as the originals. Our extensive drawing archive is often what makes this possible, letting us produce an exact replacement even when no part is left to copy.

John Heine Manuals and Technical Drawings

Decades of working on these machines means we hold an extensive archive of John Heine instruction manuals and technical drawings. Whether you need an operating and maintenance manual to run a machine safely, or a dimensioned drawing to identify or manufacture a replacement part, we can supply documentation for models that are otherwise impossible to find. That same archive underpins our parts manufacturing – it’s how we remake obsolete components to original specification. Tell us the model and series number and we’ll check what we have on file.

On-Site and Workshop Service

Beyond parts, we provide emergency, preventative and scheduled service on John Heine presses, press brakes, guillotines and feeders, large or small, either at your site or in our factory. From a single bushing replacement to a full strip-and-rebuild, our team knows how these machines are put together and how to get them running reliably again.

Why Revro for John Heine

Decades of working on John Heine machinery means we understand the metric and imperial quirks across the range, the differences between Series 2, 3 and 4 builds, and how to match the right part to the press, brake or guillotine in front of you. We hold and manufacture parts to client specification, supply Australia-wide, and can advise on whether a component is worth refurbishing or replacing outright – honest guidance that keeps your machine working and your costs down.
